Quantum CCY Exchange Incorporated (QCEI) is a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered Money Service Business corporation with a Money Changer and Foreign Exchange Dealer license  granted by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) with MSB Registration No. 60-00673-0-00000 and Anti-Money Laundering Council Registration BSP-20181122060000673-9.

 

Founded in 2016 by senior banking executive, Jaime F. Panganiban, QCEI provides market leading foreign currency exchange services for corporate clients. QCEI has a dedicated and experienced team of foreign exchange traders and operations specialists. We provide cost-effective, accurate and professional services with timely financial market information, trends and foreign currency quotes.

 

Under the strict supervision of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), QCEI is  fully committed and compliant with the BSP and AMLC rules and related regulations.

Jaime F. Panganiban is an accomplished senior bank executive with widely recognized expertise in the treasury, capital markets, investment banking, trust, wealth and risk management built upon a foundation of exposures and postings in the Asia Pacific region.

 

Co-Managing the business is Richard Francis E. Panganiban a technology-savvy corporate entrepreneur with 24 years of experience in finance, real estate and telecommunications across a broad range of functions.

He is currently the principal, Executive Director and Head of Operations at Quantum CCY Exchange Incorporated.Richard Francis was educated in Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines and the United Kingdom providing him with a unique perspective on global practices.
